Yes, I have Canva Pro account. However, I am not a designer, and I only design for personal need, therefore, I don't use Canva much.

I think beginner should start with free tool. For instance why pay money for Photoshop when you can do everything on GIMP. Once you perfect your skill, you can invest in a design software

I don't think Canva is too simple, while Canva has simplified designing you will have to master the skills to create better designs.

I am hobbyist, I don't make money selling my services, therefore, I have never consider using premium tools. I use Da Vinci Resolve and it is a great tool with premium like features.

I have used logo generators to create logos, I have tried using AI tools to create logos but I was not very satisfied with AI generated logos, logo generators are far more better than AI logos.
