If you work as a freelancer regardless of the niche you major in, there are times when you get potential clients even while working for some already. In that case, you might want to set a limit to the number of clients you can work with at a time.

How many clients can you work with?

I would never take on jobs which would be very difficult to deliver by the agreed deadline. I've worked for 5 clients at once. I was able to complete the jobs as at when due.

I can work on simple jobs for about 5 persons at ago. Those works that can take up to 3 or more days might just be 1-3 clients at once.

I have the time to work with or for any number of clients I can get. I work full time as a freelancer which makes it easy for me to work for many clients at once.

I can take any work both the easy and difficult ones. I will make sure that I have a much time on my hands that can helped me to complete the work. What if it's the difficult work that can give you the exact huge income you needed?

Personally, I wish I have more clients to work for all the time. I can work with as much as 10 clients if they are going to order because I have so much I want to do with money. Also, I can outsources some jobs soon.

I've worked with a maximum of 4 clients at once. All of their jobs came in for me to work on in the same week. I was lucky they all needed to be delivered in a month's time. I had enough time to complete and deliver them.

It's also how I'm working currently. Time to work isn't the problem for me but getting more jobs to use the avaliable time to work on them is what's not coming regularly.

I don't mind getting as many as clients that can pay for my service. I am just praying to get more clients that I can work with, I only need to book the days I will deliver their works for them.

This is definitely how you build up credibility as a freelancer. You were able to deliver for everyone without slacking behind schedule, which is commendable.

I've been able to work for four clients at a time and I didn't have any problem completing the jobs I had at the time and delivering them when I am supposed to.

I wouldn't mind working for five or more clients at once as long as I'm happy to deliver the job.

Wow and you always have enough time to work on their jobs and deliver on time? It seems you are only focused on working online and have no offline work?

What if the delivery was in a week time, do you think it will be possible to build credibility in a short period of time with the clients?

This is why communication is very important. If you know that you will fall behind schedule, then make it known beforehand.
Lack of communication and updates kills the trust between a freelancer and their clients. Any freelancer who's a professional will never joke with their communication back and forth with clients.

I love to communicate with my clients to avoid causing a bigger issue if I failed to meet the deadline because of time, I can always tell them on time.
